E-newsletter
We use a third-party provider, Substack, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Substack’s Privacy Policy.
Any email sent to us, including any attachments, may be monitored and used by us for reasons of security and for monitoring compliance with office policy. Complaints
When we receive a complaint from a person we make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any staff members involved in the complaint.
